We are extremely proud to bring you some of the best farmed and aged beef, sourced from amongst the lushest farms in the Gippsland region of Southern Victoria.
We have chosen Gippsland beef as it is completely natural and free from hormonal growth promotants and is tested free from antibiotics and chemical residues.
We also love our seafood!
Our seafood is delivered fresh daily, directly from Sydney Fish Markets at Pyrmont. Our suppliers are committed to providing us with the best quality seasonal produce including fresh fish, shellfish and oysters.
