About Manly Grill

Well known local restaurateur Hasan Erman, has owned and operated within the Manly restaurant scene for the past 9 years. Prior to moving to Manly, he operated restaurants in London for over 20 years.

His other restaurant is Manly local favourite, Rouge, with its central beachfront location. An opportunity to extend his generous hospitality presented itself in the form of Manly Grill, the increasingly popular seafood and steakhouse.

Manly Grill’s chef, Doug Fraser, uses the finest and freshest from Australia's top producers to create a warm and inviting menu. "Using the best quality produce is the secret behind good cooking. We aim to let the natural flavours of the food become the highlight of the dish."
